Legal Notice
In becoming a member of Evergreen Fleets, I have read and agree to abide by all the legal notices stated here.

User Agreement
I have read and agree to the following statement:

Annual membership to Evergreen Fleets is free until November 1st, 2009. After that date, the annual membership fee is $100.
Members are entitled to access Evergreen Fleets materials and privileges. These include, but are not limited to, materials such
as the Evergreen Fleets Guidance Manual and the Evergreen Fleets Evaluator, and privileges such as the ability to post on the
Evergreen Fleets forum. Members can access these materials and privileges immediately after paying the membership fee and setting
up their profile. In addition, members are entitled to updated materials when they become available.

In order to maintain access to the materials and privileges, members must renew their annual membership by paying the annual
membership fee no later than one year after their previous membership payment. Evergreen Fleets reserves the right to increase the
annual membership fees and shall provide members with a notification of the increased fees no later than 60 days before any annual
fee is due.

All membership fees are non-refundable. In addition, memberships are not transferable.
