With a total of 70 points and a three star rating, Snohomish County is our highest rated Evergreen Fleet!  Snohomish County Fleet Manager Allen Mitchell reduced greenhouse gas emissions by using locally produced biodiesel and more efficient vehicles.  He also reduced toxic diesel particles by installing retrofit technologies on more than 50% of his diesel vehicles.
